In addition to any instalments paid for YePPcare by the customer, the customer agrees to pay to YePP an excess charge, as set out below, when and if a claim is made by the customer for a device covered by YePPcare.

Please take the time to carefully read this information below and take note of the following:

• YePPcare cover is not transferable
• the benefits of YePPcare apply only to the original YePPcare customer and for the duration of the contract with that customer
• no sibiaccessories are included in YePPcare cover
• damage includes but is not limited to damage caused by water ingress, impact, abrasion, force, pressure, excessive temperature, chemicals, improper electrical connection, tamper, improper use
• the cost of returning a device/s to YePP, and the cost of shipping and freight insurance of the repaired or replaced device/s back to the customer, is not included in YePPcare cover and must be pre-paid separately by the customer
• devices are not covered by YePPcare when they are being shipped to or from YePP and shipping insurance should be taken out separately and by the customer directly
• YePPcare excess charges will apply according to the following cases, defined as being when:
  
  case 1
  a device malfunction or failure occurs and no damage is detected by YePP which would have resulted, in YePP’s opinion, during the normal and intended use of the device, and the device is returned to YePP
  
  case 2
  a device malfunction or failure occurs and physical damage is detected by YePP beyond that which, in YePP’s opinion, would occur during the normal and intended use of the device, and the device is returned to YePP
  
  case 3
  a device is not returned to YePP
